Follow everything with the change log
Read the project change log, drill into a single document's history, filter to what matters, and export the record.
1 min read
Every meaningful action in a project writes to its change log: who did it, when, and what it touched. Not a wall of grey text, either: each entry links to the live document, person, and status involved, so you can click straight from the entry to the thing it changed.

Open your project's change log to see every recorded action in order: uploads, revisions, status changes, transmittals, membership changes, and more.

Click the document, person, or status in any entry to jump to it. The entry is a record and a shortcut at the same time.
Follow a single document
Every document carries its own history too. Open the document's details and switch to the Change log tab to see everything that ever happened to that one document: every revision, every status change, every issue. When someone asks "when did revision C become current, and who did it?", this tab is the answer.

Filter and export
On a busy project the full log is long, so filter it down: to one person, one kind of action, or one stretch of dates. When you need the record outside fluxems, for a client report or a dispute file, export the filtered view and hand it over as is.
