Use the calendar
See deadlines and dates across your work in one shared calendar view, and plan around what is due.
1 min read
Deadlines live all over a project: task due dates, review dates, closing dates. The Calendar pulls the dates from your work into one shared view, so you can see what is due before it is overdue.
Open the calendar
- 1
In the sidebar, open Calendar & Tasks, then Calendar.

Plan your week from it
Start the week in the calendar. A cluster of dates on the same day is a warning you can act on: move a due date, hand a task to someone else, or flag the clash early instead of discovering it on the day.
Tip
A date with nothing due around it is a good place to schedule the work that never has a deadline of its own.
Use it alongside milestones
The calendar shows the dates across your own work. For the big delivery dates a whole project steers by, use Track milestones inside the project. Together they answer both questions: what is due for me, and where the project stands.
Shared means everyone sees the same dates
The calendar is a shared view, so when a due date moves, everyone planning around it sees the change. No separate copies to keep in sync.
