Read the audit log
The workspace-wide record of every meaningful action: who did it, when, and what it touched, with entries that link to the real thing.
1 min read
The Audit log in workspace settings records every meaningful action across the whole workspace: who did it, when, and what it touched. When someone asks "who changed that status?" or "when was that document issued?", this is where you answer with certainty.
What an entry contains
Entries are not flat sentences. Each one links to the live document, person, or status it touched, so you can click straight through to the thing itself. When a value changed, the entry shows what it was before and what it became.

Export the log
Need the record outside fluxems, for an auditor or a dispute? Export the filtered view and you get exactly the entries on screen, ready to hand over.
How it relates to change logs
Every project has its own change log, and so does every document. Those are subsets of the same record, scoped to what project members can see. The workspace Audit log is the full picture. For the project-level view, read Follow everything with the change log.
The log writes itself
Nobody has to remember to record anything. Every meaningful action writes its own entry the moment it happens, so the record is complete by default.
