The Contacts module is your workspace directory: every person and every company you work with, in one place. When you need a phone number, an email address, or the right person at a subcontractor, start here.
Find a person
- 1
In the sidebar, open Contacts, then Search contacts.
The Contacts group in the sidebar expanded to show Search contacts and Organizations

Click a contact to open their detail page: role, organisation, and how to reach them.
Find a company
Open Contacts, then Organizations to browse companies instead of people. Click an organisation to open its detail page, where you can see its details and the people who belong to it.

Private contacts and workspace contacts
A contact is either private or shared with the workspace. A private contact is visible only to you: useful for someone you deal with personally. A workspace contact is visible to everyone, so your whole team addresses the same person the same way.
Tip
If a teammate cannot find a contact you can see, it is probably private. Make it a workspace contact and everyone can use it.
